Chelsea is a seasoned expert with 20 years of commercial property financing experience. She held senior relationship banking roles at ANZ and BNZ where she managed substantial corporate portfolios with a keen focus on development transactions. In 2020 she launched and managed the Debt Advisory brokering business at Colliers. She specialises in land development, structured investment debt solutions, cashflow lending and portfolio restructuring. She is known for her client-focussed approach with the client’s goals always the top priority. With extensive industry relationships, both locally and internationally, and with her drive to find tailored solutions, she’s a trusted advisor with many repeat clients.

She was a finalist in the 2023 Property Council – “Women in Property” Award and has successfully placed over $1.60 billion of debt in the past 4 years.

 

Outside of work, Chelsea is on the board of Waka Pacific Trust and spends time with her family and two children.
